At Well of Rest, your satisfaction is important to us. We are committed to providing high-quality spa treatments and professional skincare recommendations. Please read our refund policy carefully as it applies to both in-spa services and online product purchases via our affiliate partner.
1. Treatment Refunds
All treatments at Well of Rest are performed with care and according to professional standards. Due to the nature of our services:

No refunds are offered for treatments that have already been completed.

If you are dissatisfied with a service, please raise it with us on the same day so we can assist.

In some cases, we may offer a free follow-up or adjustment at our discretion.
Missed Appointments:
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments cancelled late or missed entirely may be charged in full or subject to a cancellation fee.
2. Retail Products – In-Person Sales
For skincare products purchased directly from our spa:

Products may be returned within 7 days of purchase if unopened, unused, and in original condition.

Opened, used, or damaged products cannot be returned due to hygiene regulations.

A valid receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
3. Online Product Purchases via Futurethis
If you purchase products through our affiliate link to www.futurethis.co.za:

All orders, shipping, returns, and refunds are managed directly by Futurethis (Pty) Ltd.
